Vaccines Per Dr Becker

VACCINES:

We follow the recommended immunization schedule of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention which is also the schedule endorsed by the American Academy of Pediatrics. However, we do understand that parents are concerned with giving so many vaccinations. As a physician, I stress the importance of parents being informed of evidence-based healthcare information and safety for their child.

It’s our job to inform parents about available protection for their child against preventable diseases. Once, Dr Becker has done his best to inform parents, it's the parent's job to make decisions about their child's preventative healthcare. Because of our understanding of parent's concerns, if a parent is more comfortable following an alternative vaccine schedule, Dr Becker is willing to work with the parents.

We believe in giving choices and options to parents, and respecting parent's decision.
